Estimated Delivery Timeline

• Accra (within the city): 1 – 2 business days after order confirmation.
• Outside Accra (other regions of Ghana): 2 – 5 business days.
• Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT are processed the same business day; orders placed after that are processed the next business day.

Delivery Fees

• Flat delivery fee of GH₵20 within Accra.
• FREE delivery on all orders above GH₵500.
• For locations outside Accra, exact delivery fees are confirmed with you via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

Dispatch & Order Tracking

All orders are dispatched directly from our own stock in Accra. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a WhatsApp or phone update with the delivery status. You can also track your order at any time by contacting us on +233 599 121887 with your order reference.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched for delivery. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp (+233 599 121887) or email dokumkwamevida@gmail.com with your order reference. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns (7-Day Return Window)

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
• Size exchanges are available within 7 days, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order reference or receipt).

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 3 – 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or Mobile Money) via Paystack, or as store credit if you prefer.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item supplied).

• 4. Orders: An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed or confirmed via WhatsApp. You will receive an order reference for all communications.
• 5. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate name, phone number, email, and delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
• 6. Intellectual Property: All content on this website (logo, text, and images) belongs to ALL IS HERE ENTERPRISE and may not be reproduced without permission.
• 7. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
